Shaina Kaplan - My name is Shaina Kaplan and I am one of three USY presidents for 2009-2010. I had the most amazing summer with USY on Wheels: Mission Mitzvah 2007, so I recommend it for all. I cant wait for an amazing year!

Marissa Sturm - My name is Marissa Sturm

I chose to run for the position of USY President because I feel that I possess leadership qualities that would benefit the USY Paramus Chapter in many ways. For example, I have a lot of experience when it comes to planning events, reaching out to the community and creating successful fundraisers. I believe that every teen should join USY because it is an extremely worthwhile organization that provides a fun time with friends and Judaism.

Todd Rosman -Whats up I'm Todd, and I'm one of three Presidents in Paramus' USY Chapter. I'm really looking forward to having a great year with all my friends in USY!

Ori Feldman - Hello everyone. As you know, my name is Ori Feldman and I am the Israel Awareness /Executive Vice President. I chose to run for this office because of two reasons: I am extremely proud of my Israeli heritage and culture, so what better way to express my pride, than with my USY group? The second was for my own benefit- I enjoy being a part of USY!

Ben Kleinstein - Hey all! My name is Benjamin Kleinstein. My USY chapter is the Paramus chapter and I currently hold the position of Rel/Ed VP. The reason I chose and accepted this position is because I feel very strongly about religious studies. One of the goals of USY is to teach us a little about Judaism, and I feel like I can bring a lot to my chapter. Another reason why I chose to be even on the board is because of how involved I am is USY. I attend almost all of my chapter’s events including regional ones. I am looking forward to all the events this upcoming year and hope to attend a few more than I have last year, as well as helping out my chapter to the best of my ability. That is all for now so, feel free to contact me with any comments or suggestions. Looking forward to the new year!

Yasmine Pessar - Hi my name is Yasmine Pessar. I chose to be the historian for Paramus USY historian because I enjoy taking pictures and I feel as though I could do a great job of keeping the bulletin board and website up to date with pictures of our recent USY events.

Rachel Baumzweig - Hi, my name is Rachel Baumzweig and I am the Paramus USY Social Action/ Tikun Olam Vice President. The past 2 years, I was communications vice president, and I wanted to try something new this year. I wanted to be SATO vice president because I love to come up with new ideas and I plan on having many fundraisers this year to raise money for Tikun Olam. I love being a part of USY and I know we are going to have a great year!

Matt Kaplan - My name is Matt Kaplan and I am the Membership/Programming Vice President for the 2009-2010 year. This year is going to be a lot of fun and I hope to see all of you at our events.

Matt Marks - Hey everyone! My name is Matt Marks I am proud to say that I am the Communications VP on the Paramus USY Board. I am so happy to have this position my first year on board because I am trying to get more and more involved in USY, so what better way to get involved than to send e-mails and other reminders about the activities that will be going on. I can't wait for all the awesome activities we have planned to go into action, and I look forward to being in contact with all of you!
