Getting
the Youngest Children Involved |
|
| |
|
We
get the youngest children of our congregation involved in the celebration
of Kabbalat
Shabbat. We read stories, sing songs, and begin to introduce
the traditions and joy of welcoming the beginning of
Shabbat. |

Early
Friday Evenings |
|
| |
|
The
Family Service is held early on Friday evenings, at 7:30, before
our regularly scheduled Kabbalat Shabbat service. This early scheduled
time accommodates for the early bed times of many of our younger
children. |

Light
Oneg and Playtime Following Services |
|
| |
|
Following
services, we offer a light Oneg and playtime in our gym for all of
our children. Giving the children a chance to play and have fun after
services, while the parents have a chance to sit and relax, helps
to make this event more enjoyable for everyone. |
