Candle Club - Monthly class for pre-kindergarten children

Candle Club is an award-winning monthly holiday class. It is geared to 4-5 year olds, children in pre-kindergarten. Each month a different topic is explored by our children under the guidance of our warm, creative, nurturing teacher, Adina Kagedan. Using story, music, dance, drama, games, crafts and other activities the children learn about the topic of the month. We ask parents to please call (201) 262-7733 to register their child each month so we can prepare supplies accordingly. This month we will be exploring Shabbat.

Its that time of year again, the Celebration of Chanukah, and the annual JCCP Chanukah Breakfast. Please don't miss out on one of our famous Men's Club's hot breakfasts, and a chance to see our fantastic Religious School children perform for the holiday. Its always fun for everyone, and is another great way to enjoy the Chanukah season. This event is always free and open to everyone, including JCCP members and their extended families, guests, and our neighbors in the community. We look forward to seeing all of you there!

Annual Family Chanukah Celebration

Plan to be with us for this wonderful Jewish Community Center of Paramus tradition, as we celebrate Chanukah with Rabbi Arthur D. Weiner, Cantor Sam Weiss, and our entire congregation. This is a great way to join the entire community in the observance of our beautiful Festival of Light. The evening will begin with the public lighting of the Jewish Community Center of Paramus rooftop Chanukiyah. We will then go indoors and light the traditional Chanukiyah and participate in holiday songs along with our Hebrew school children and our "JCCP Singers." We will play Dreidel and other games and enjoy delicious refreshments including traditional sufganiyot (jelly donuts). We hope that you and your families will join us.
