Oldies |

55 and Older | ||||
The
Golden Oldies is an organization of Center members who are 55 and
older. This group was created in the fall of 2000 to give members
a place where they could meet, talk and listen to guest speakers.

| Variety of Events | |||||
We
have welcomed politicians, police and fire fighters and officials
at all levels of government. The Golden Oldies has hosted a Mayoral
as well as a Congressional debate. Our varied activities have included
trips to the theater, Shabbat Dinners, Chanukah parties and lectures
by doctors in all fields of medical practice. In addition, we have
invited lawyers and judges talk to us and have had comedians to
entertain us! The Golden Oldies have viewed film classics and enjoyed
game and fun nights. An original play was staged and then performed
for the Hebrew School classes. Short fun skits have played a part
in our meetings, too! |

| Wholesome Fun | |||||
Our
objective is pure, wholesome fun and pleasure. Laughter and smiles
are the best medicine that we have available and it’s free!
After our meetings, everyone always says that it was an evening
well spent. |

If
you’re looking for a congregation that is friendly, welcoming
and open to new ideas and friends, then the Golden Oldies/Forever
Young is the group for you. |
