Our Facility
Our building, located at the corner of Midland Avenue and Spring Valley Road, in Paramus, New Jersey, has been a part of the Paramus landscape since 1959.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
         
   
Sanctuary
Our beautiful and spacious sanctuary seats over 350, and is the site of countless simchas, holiday observances, synagogue functions and, of course, Shabbat and Holiday services.
 
         
   

Chapel
The Bodeen Chapel is the site of our daily morning and evening services, and provides an intimate setting for religious prayer.

 
         
   

Social Hall
The Social Hall seats dinner guests comfortably for a large affair. Countless Simcha events, such as Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, baby namings and Bris Milahs, wedding receptions, birthdays, and special anniversaries are often held in this room.

  
         
   
Gymnasium
Our full-size gymnasium, known as Stark Hall, is home to our youth basketball league, men's adult basketball, indoor soccer, and a variety of other sporting activities.
 
         
   
Early Childhood Center - Preschool
The Early Childhood Center places a strong emphasis on the total development of each individual child. Curiosity, creativity, independence, socialization skills, and intellectual growth are encouraged while instilling a love for, and a basic understanding of, Judaism.
 
         
   
Religious School
Our Religious School provides an exciting Jewish Education for children ages 4 through 13. Our outstanding devoted faculty, creative curriculum, and exciting programming help our students to achieve great things.
  
         
   
Youth Lounge
The Youth Lounge is a great place for our younger members to socialize and have fun. The room is used to play games, have arts and crafts, and conduct youth group meetings.
  
         
   
Library
Our collection consists of Jewish works of fiction, non-fiction, and reference materials. Magazines and newspapers are plentiful, and videos are also available.
 
         
   
Gift Shop
Located in our main lobby, it is a great place to find Judaica gifts for all occasions. New items arrive periodically so be sure to stop by often.
 
         
   
Kosher Kitchen
The Jewish Community Center of Paramus is a strictly Kosher facility. We are committed to maintaining a very high standard of kashrut throughout our facility.
 
         
   
On-Site Parking
Our large on-site parking facility can accommodate approximately 114 vehicles, including several handicapped reserved parking spots. Additional parking is also available at a neighboring facility.
